Our first regional event was held at Federation University’s Mount Helen campus and live-streamed to their Gippsland campus. The event was a public lecture given by microbiology clinician Dr David Wareham from Queen Mary University (London, UK) entitled: “Tackling antimicrobial resistance: bench to bedside and back again”.
