ASM Vic Branch Teaching Award
This new awards have been created by the ASM Vic Branch to provide our teaching members an opportunity to attend the ASM National Educon meeting. The selected awardee will receive conference registration to attend Educon, in addition to travels funds to cover the cost of registration and accommodation to attend the meeting.
Abstract submissions for 2025 close 7th of March 2025
Prize Details
• Certificate
• Educon conference registration
• $500 towards travel and accomodation*
*Only awarded if the meeting is interstate
Eligibility Requirements
• Be a teaching-focused or teaching-specialist staff member
• Not have previously received this award
• Submit an abstract to Educon
• Submit a 3-minute video submission detailing the work to be presented and how the applicant will benefit from receiving this award
• Be able to attend and present at the EduCon meeting in the current year
• Be an ASM member*
*If not currently a member, applicants must be eligible for membership and must pay for such at the time of application for the Award.
Assessment
• Awardee will be selected by an unbiased judging panel based on the application contents
